The story of "The Little Mermaid" revolves around Ariel, a beautiful mermaid who
craves to explore the world outside the ocean. But, for doing this, she has to
overcome many hurdles. The first one is her own father, who is the king of the sea.
Then, there is the evil sea witch, who threatens to capture her. The last hurdle is
convincing the prince that the lady with the perfect voice is no other but her.

The songs such as \"Kiss the Girl\" and \"Part of Your World\" are among the most
popular songs of Disney. The song "Under the Sea" has been written by the famous
Howard Ashman and Alan Menken, who have won the Academy Award 8 times. No wonder
that this song has won the Academy Award for the Best Original Song! The stage
version of this Disney's production also features latest songs by Glenn Slater and
Menken.
